Shipping costs depend on cost of the order, product size and the shipping address.

Which shipping method do we use?
The shipping method will be selected by our customers.
It can be via air or sea depends on customer request.
In addition, the shipment company will also be chosen by clients.
We recommend customer to use FedEx and DHL with insurance purchase as well.

If the product damaged during the shipment, who will be responsible?
For every purchase, we recommend all customers to purchase insurance for every shipping. If the customer purchase insurance and the product damaged during the shipment, the shipping company will be responsible for the damage cost. However, if the customer does not purchase insurance, the customer will be the one responsible for the damage cost.

How can customer make payment?​
Customer can make payment via Moneygram or PayPal

How long is the production time?​
According to our policy, after receive the payment, we need approximately 45 days production time. However, if there is already product in the stock, we can ship out immediately.

Can customer return the good if they do not like?
Cubic gems has no policy to accept customer return once payment is made.

What should I do if I want to become
Cubic Gems reseller?
In order to become Cubic Gems reseller, there will be minimum purchase per year. If the reseller fails to reach the minimum set, the next year, Cubic Gems has the right not to continue the agreement of reseller status. To start the reseller agreement, sale must reach 15,000 us dollar for one-time purchase. Please contact our international sale in order to become our resellers
